fully built awd 5speed talon

Sellin a 95tsi with a fully built motor. Hybrid turbo, full 99 eclipse conversion, magnus smim, hks bov, fpr, link, full 2.5in exhaust, wideband,huge fmic, stage 1 clutch, battery relocated to trunk etc etc. 3500 obo started to overheat last week, it was immediatly shut off, i believe its the water pump. the parts into it are worth 5k alone

Details on the "fully built motor" and the turbo? How many miles on the body? Stock transmission, and if so, any grinds or other issues?

The last owner had it built with JE pistons and eagle rods. Yes tranny is stock as far as i know. Does not grind in any gear
