Caravan to All Mitsubishi Cookout

Hey all, I thought it might be a good idea to caravan to the All Mitsu Cookout in Rogers, MN. I live in Beloit (south central wisconsin) and have to pass Janesville, Madison, Eau Claire, etc. on the way to MN via I-90 then I-94. Maybe we can setup a schedule that will allow some of us to hook up along the way.
I'm leaving the morning/early afternoon on Friday Aug. 18. Let me know if you're interested and we'll go from there.

Thanks. My wife and I are driving up on Friday and staying through the weekend. It sure would be nice if other cars were driving up from my area, or from the other cities mentioned above. I don't have any radios, but will pick one up if other people are gonna caravan.

Paul, you said something in your email about staying somewhere friday night, but you might as well just drive into the cities and get a hotel close by. Then you son't have to clean as much in the morning, plus the troopers seem to like my car on saturday morings on 94... Bastards...

But when we get to the show, find me. I will be easy to spot with the Venge. And if there happens to be more than one, it has lambos.

We have a room in Rogers reserved for Friday night, but thought I would be more fun if a group caravanned to the cookout. We'll only stay in Eau Claire if there are more than just a couple people willing to caravan Sat. morning.
So far I know of three other cars (well two, one might not be running in time to go) that might meet up Sat. morning in the Eau Claire area. If we a couple more people willing to run up, I think it might be worth staying overnight in Eau Claire.

Well the way it sounds one guy will be coming down from Bloomer wich is just north of Chippewa, so that will be 3 cars coming from the Chippewa area.

If you looked into staying in Menominee that would probably work best for the caravan. There are Dirt Track races there on firday night at the fairgrounds, and that is always a good time since you will be in the area. We could meet you in the morning at your motel, there is a super 8 just off the highway on the second Menominee exit off of 94.

You know anyone else in the area that's gonna attend the cookout that might want to ride up with us? I think there were a couple people from Eau Claire going.
