haha, ya one of my coworkers who is 17 used to have a vw and traded it for a 90 eclipse or talon. Its red and has stock sprayed black rims and a evo 16g turbo.

so it must be a true theory but theres like 100 culvers in wisconsin so its quite an easy job to get...

In my opinion, not that it matters but, I think you should of balanced it so you can rev it higher, safely. Are you building the head to take the high revs? The block should be balanced so that when it rev high, it'll operate smoother. Isn't the fp3052 made for higher rpms. Good thing you gave them your pistons, every shop should do that to check for clearance.

Good luck with the assembly that the most important part.

Yes the head is being built atm, with SS valves, and titanium retainers and new springs all from Brian Crower. I also have BC 272's and Fidanza Adjustables. I dunno i just read many topics and theories and balancing isnt extremely necessay when you have all new forged parts, which should only have a gram tolerance.

I asked C & S about align honeing and balancing and they said i truely didnt need it. The funny thing is this guy knows his shit and was trying to save me money (where most places will try to scam you out of money) on the head by telling me to stick with the stock guides if there good, which would save me almost 200. He said 4 bangers dont have balancing issues that v8's have.

Anyways the block looks great, they did an amazing job. Pictures will be uploaded soon.

Also im running a little bit higher then stock compression so ill only be running low 20's for boost max, mostly cause of knock. I beleive the fp3052 spools at 3800 - 4k.

The car had a June 92 production date, which was after the "official" switch to 7 bolt blocks.

Since it had a 6-bolt, I'd just get the whatever the last 6-bolt part was. It should have a 9204.3 end date.
